I want to support Cafe Urbano, but honestly there are better and more organized cafes in the area that I'd rather go to. Aside from the staffing issue that seems to exist- went on a Sunday when only ONE barista was working and had to wait 45 minutes in line for an order we placed in advance. Not great. Today we placed an order for pick up, but when we arrived to Urbano it was closed. So getting charged for food we aren't going to get is pretty much the last straw for me. The food...read full review
