I've worked in the area for 6 months and can't believe I haven't tried this spot yet. The cafeteria-style ordering and lack of table service makes it an excellent option for the lunch hour without sacrificing taste. The menu options include a daily choice of pasta or protein entrees, all of which sound and taste homemade. I opted for the daily chicken special which was a breaded cutlet with a scrumptious dijonnaise sauce, rice, and roasted veggies. All were cooked perfectly! I also got a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie that was so rich and soft, as well as a soda. My meal was well-rounded and included a fair portion of food (entree, sides, dessert, drink) for around $14; super reasonable price given the quality of the dish and the location. It was great to get a hot meal fast and get to spend more of my lunch hour chatting it up with my bestie versus doing the back and forth dance with a waiter. If the daily specials don't strike your fancy, Caffe Baci also has an array of salads, sandwiches, and pizzas that come pre-made and can be warmed or boxed in a jiffy. The only thing I do wish is that they offered more regular hot pasta choices. Considering how cheap and easy pasta is, they could easily have 2-3 pasta entrees each day. Fortunately though, they seem good about updating their website with the current specials menu so you know in advance whether their offerings strike your fancy. My lunch date told me he frequents Caffe Baci weekly and I can certainly see why!

Baci delivers high quality Italian food and coffee at a very moderate price. After 3pm it becomes a tavern with amazing craft beers and cocktails. Get the salmon for lunch with dijon and capers. It's amazing and the price is too. Best piece of fish for the money. Hands down. Frank and Brad run an amazing establishment both day and night. Not to be missed.
I really love the whole Baci chain. They have best breakfast, pasta, salmon, and gelato. If you can find a Baci with gelato be sure to try the pistachio, almond, or seasonal fruit.

I came here to get takout for lunch. The place is quiet around 1 pm which is nice. I got got the grilled salmon special with veggies and mixed greens. Everything was tasty. I would order it again. This place is a bit pricey so I couldn't come here all the time for lunch. The plate came with a bread roll that also was fresh. All the staff are nice and pleasant. I noticed they serve beer on tap here...i wonder how the happy hour is here and if they have good deals.

I got the salmon with pasta for take out and they gave me more than enough food for $14 including tax, which is a good deal based on how good the food is. Not a lot of options for other hot plate entrees but they had some build your own items as well including a salad bar. I will be coming here frequently.
