Stopped by here three times to get matcha latte with oat milk. Two times they did not have oat milk, one time there was no matcha. I don't want to come there anymore.

Purchased a strawberry/ banana smoothie for $7.75. Afterwards got told they had no bananas. So I said only strawberries is okay I guess.... not sure if they are properly trained to make these drinks but it tasted like water and strawberries. I'm no expert, but she put too much ice... and for $7 bucks i expected a great tasting smoothie. Disappointed!

I needed a quick lunch so I called them to order a sandwich. They told me over the phone that they would not make the sandwich for me because it was the weekend and they were not open for the weekend. I didn't quite understand this, so I started asking questions, and she told me that they would not make the sandwich for me. I've never heard of a restaurant not accepting an order. How can they turn down business? I found the person extremely unfriendly and very unprofessional. I work in a law firm and this type of behavior is called "insubordination". I'm surprised they refused to make a napoli sandwich, even though they have done it before. So I was forced to go to the Cafe in the building and order lunch. I will never return to Cafe Rom, even though it is located in the office building that I work in. They have no idea what this has started, as I will make sure that no one in my law firm will order from them.

The coffee was great here, but as a place to chat with a colleague and work remotely for a few hours, I found the music played in the shop was much too loud for normal conversation or to focus on work.

Stopped by to try some of their coffees after the reading the mostly positive reviews. The mocha was very good and on par with most top coffee houses. The standard latte was a little lackluster and tasted a bit burned. Overall not bad.

Cute place. Kinda loud. It is very European.....(even the toilet was the square kind). Good for a business conversation. Connects to the office building it's in so if you work there you don't have to walk outside which is nice. Had a double vanilla latte. It was okay

Good coffee, but too expensive... a caffee latte is more than 6 dollars without tip, soymolk is 75 c extra. Staff is not always friendly, sometimes unmotivated.
