I was born in 1975 my mom moved to Trumbull Park when I was 2. My mom loved this bakery she would be broken hearted to know it's closed. I hope it opens back up and be better them ever.
They did a great good on my nephew birthday cake. He wanted a Banana cake. They made a two layer Banana cake with Banana filling. The cake was moist and the filling was like eating banana pudding ....delicious.
Oh my the donuts were sooo amazing coconut' long John's chocolate cake. They were so delicious I kept fighting myself not to eat the dozen lol. Calumet Bakery does custom cakes for any occassion.
