Tasty big Mac-style vegan burger.

Was my #Favorite restaurant, sadly ? but giving a honest review because this place started off giving #Top service but lately service has poor quality on the food, the sustainable baggage, the condiments and utensils. Prices are not worth it!?

Going on 30 minutes waiting on a simple smoothie and nothing more. Well how about they come from the back and say they ran out of ice. Why would you make me wait 30 minutes to tell me that and it wasn’t even busy. Very obnoxious way to start my day.

I ordered delivery and the fries are AMAZING!! Especially since they weren't 100% fresh having been delivered.
The grilled cheese burger was good too, although it could have used a vegan sour cream or vegan ranch. Otherwise I loved the burger too!

The food is delicious when they actually get your order right. I’ve ordered the grilled cheeseburger a number of times and my order is consistently wrong each time. It’s come without lettuce the last 3 times I’ve ordered. Another time, the grilled onions were missing. You can opt to have it cut in half on UberEats. It’s not cut in half the majority of times I’ve requested it. Maybe the cooks mistake the grilled cheeseburger for the Ms. Patty Melt which is made similarly but doesn’t come with lettuce.The fries portion is very small for the price you pay. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are great along with the vegan club sandwich.UPDATE: I’m going to need whoever gives the orders to the delivery drivers to do some quality assurance and confirm the first and last initial on the order. Last week, I got someone else’s order because they mistakenly gave me an order from someone who had my same first name but a different last initial. They ordered tacos and fries and I ordered Philly cheesesteak eggrolls. Another time, “Shantasia” gave me someone else’s order whose first name sounded similar to mine but wasn’t me. Please do better.

OMGGGGG my frist time I had the Philly eggs rolls and a burger and lasagna and OMGGGGG was delicious I couldn't believe it was vegan then I went back and got a gyro burger and OMGGGGG loved it so much I went to high park location. So next one I'm going to orland cause I want to take my friend and sit down cause we all on the daniel fast and I told them it's delicious ?...

Vegetarian options: I am a vegan and I consider this a vegan place except for you have to choose vegan cheese because there also serve dairy cheese. And that would make me ill.
The worst vegan pizza I’ve ever had. The pepperoni tasted like plastic. The cheese tasted so greasy and with no taste at all. I reheated the pizza in the oven and it was still Super soggy. I want my money back!!

The atmosphere here is really nice. The store is brightly lit with nice decor and soothing time playing while you wait for your food. I ordered the vegan Chicago styled hot dog and the vegan buffalo wings and the flavor was amazing! I loved the taste of everything and the food was very fresh. I’d visit again for sure.
