Hip restaurant with excellent food. I had the medium veggie chicken cheese steak sub. It was filling and definitely a great value. Nice to finally find somewhere where the veggie sub options aren't just the meat sub option with the meat taken out.

If there was one word to describe these sandwiches. It'll be rich. Rich and greasy. The pastrami isn't cut thick like Jewish delis. It's more thin slices of pastrami. The waygu cheesesteak was a bit overrated.Service was fast. They let the garbage pile up on the trashcan.Parking: No parking availableIn downtown Chicago

Great place for a cheese steak! I haven't really tried their other sandwich offerings, and their salads are just so so. A little pricey, but I've always really enjoyed my sandwich.

My friends and I were walking and decided to try Capriottis for the first time. I got a large classic meatball and it was ready quick and it was pretty hot. They had really good sauce on it and did not skimp on the size of the meatballs. Two of my friends got The Bobbie and have not stopped talking about it for two months! Definitely worth stopping by!

I got the classic Italian sub and it was pretty good. Nothing special about it but it tasted good and was fresh. It has plenty of seating even though I took mine to go but it was fast, easy, and the staff were friendly. Next time I'll get extra ingredients on top because it was a bit plain but very good

Took one bite of my medium Caprastrami sandwich and realized I already ate half before taking a picture. Very clean location and friendly staff. Thank you!

Seriously THE BEST chopped cheese outside of NY! It was featured on their menu for a few months but now it’s only a special item they will make if you ask when in person. They need to make it a permanent part of the menu !It tastes just as good as the ones I get a New York may be betterBy the way, you should try it with Russian dressing it almost tastes like a better Big MacI wish you guys would also keep hot honey to put on this and other sandwiches !

Overall good sandwich. I ordered the Bobbie 0 which is effectively a holiday style cranberry, turkey sandwich w/ Mayo. It was. Tasty and filling. My wife had ordered the cheesesteak as well. there was seating inside, but we ordered to go and ate at our room. I appreciated the various type of sandwiches they had here. One thing that could have been improved was the bread selection. It wasn't necessarily the most quality bun.....not to say that it was bad, but my experience was that is was a soft and mushy....I would personally have preferred this on a harder bread. That's aside, the sandwich was good and the service was quick .

Do yourself a favor go to the one on fullerton. Night and day difference. I ordered wagyu cheeseteak it tasted same as normal. Mushrooms where non exsistance a huge contrast to the huge juicy ones from fullerton location. Terrible meat quality very dissapointed after such a great expierence at other location.

The pastrami sandwich is to real pastrami as Arby’s is to real roast beef. It’s okay if it’s your only option.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a delightful find for sandwich lovers. The variety of freshly made sandwiches on their menu is impressive, with options to satisfy all tastes. The standout for me is their signature Bobbie sandwich, a delicious combination of turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing that feels like Thanksgiving in every bite. The bread is always fresh and soft, and the ingredients are of good quality. The service is friendly and efficient, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. The portion sizes are generous, so you'll definitely get your money's worth. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Capriotti's is a solid choice for a tasty sandwich that hits the spot.

So dare I admit that I am a Jersey mikes fan? Well I am but often I am the only one so Capriottis is a good middle ground. Fresh, real turkey, slaw, cheese not bad for a fast food sub shop! I have had some of the cheese steaks, pastrami, chicken, etc...all good options but I always come back to a turkey sandwich of some sort. Sometimes consistency from store to store is a tiny bit different but not enough to make a difference. Honestly, I have eaten Capriottis from the Midwest to Vegas and pretty darn good everywhere.
