Rude, never received my food and instead of assisting me to find my delivery.. They hung up on me 2twice… very unprofessional service … I will never order again.. they said they use their own drivers ..even when you order through Grub hub… horrible service
We are servicing you! Same cashier with an atittude all the time like someone did something to her. Put a smile a least lady, her attitude makes people not even come back. #PostiveVibesOnly

The cooks are very careless how they prepare and serve food to the customer's the food was cold the cheese wasn't melted the bread was hard
Only ordered food for delivery so I can't speak of the atmosphere, the neighborhood is the Medical district, and there are several stores in the area.

The more my wife and I travel the Chicago area to discover the best sandwich shops, the more we realize that there are more sandwich shops than pizza parlors and hot dog stands. Add Captain Hooks Fish & Chicken to the growing list. Located at 1600 West 13th Street, at Ashland and Roosevelt, in the South Loop, it is one of the chain's seven or eight locations in the city and suburbs. Open from 9 to midnight Monday through Thursday, 9 to midnight on Friday and 10 to midnight on Saturday and Sunday, it offers an extensive menu of comfort food...fish, chicken, steaks, burgers, Italian beef, fish dinners, shrimp dinners, chicken dinners, chicken wing dinners, Mexican food, sandwiches and desserts. Have you tasted a Gym Shoe, a Chicago original, with Italian beef, gyro meat, corned beef, lettuce tomato, mayo, mustard, Italian dressing and pickles? Or a Godfather with a handmade beef patty topped with Italian beef, hot giardiniera and Nacho cheese? Or a gyro cheeseburger with gyro meat, beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and gyro sauce? Or a quarter-pound Firehouse burger combo with beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard and mayo? A meal wouldn't be complete without banana pudding or peach cobbler. But Captain Hooks features another creative option, honey cream potato pie, a pumpkin pie lookalike, with sweet potatoes, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs and melted butter. Also love the shrimp dinner with coleslaw, fries and bread.
Ordered 2 piece perch the fish was fried to a crisp. It was horrible won't eat at this chain again.
The food is always good. I have never been disappointed with anything.
