Had a long week at work and knew I wouldn’t have time to make the best decisions for meals. Took a chance with the wraps and bowls and they did not disappoint. At first the portions seemed small but I was full by the end of my meal and was not hungry until the next meal time. These meals made lunch and dinner easy choices, delicious tasting, high in protein and perfectly portioned to stay within my calorie goals. Thanks for your help hitting my goals the last week of the competition!
