EDIT: I returned (with two associates) for the $10 Wednesday burger, fries and beer special. We got sodas instead of beer because it was lunch. Service was very good, just like the first time. Burger and fries were exactly what you would expect. Brought out quickly and warm. Just burger, cheese and bun. No lettuce or tomato. Good amount of waffle fries.
I increased the stars from 3 to 4. $42.41 for three of us with tax and mandatory tip. Good deal.
PLEASE replace Goose Island with a decent IPA.

The bartender was very good.
I ordered three fish tacos for $18 and the Monday special was $5 for call drinks or draft beer. I got two Goose Island IPAs for $10. Goose Island is truly a horrible IPA but it was all they had. I should have gotten whiskey.
The fish tacos were good, not great, and the waffle fries were good.
The mandatory 20% tip plus 3% service charge plus sales tax drove my check from $28.00 to $38.28.
The Wednesday deal is burger, fries and a beer for $10. Even with the surcharges, that would be a deal.

All right if you don’t mind being stung with a 20% gratuity for absolutely nothing. Salad and a ginger ale for 31 dollars when added in gratuity and tax. For a dive bar you should leave your own tip not be forced to part with over four dollars and then tax. The food was basic deli standard meatball sandwich. Enough to turn a man into Mr Pink as regards tipping.

Agree with another rater that said it's like stepping back into the 70's. Same for the beer/liquor choices. Our server for the small wedding group in the backroom did a great job.
The new ordering system is TERRIBLE. We would have spent more but the new system is a pain. We come for a simple bar experience after work, but will switch to Skyride Tap if it’s going to turn into this.
