Ordered today spent $83 called my order in still wasn’t ready waiting an extra 25-30 minutes none of my dinners are full . Gravy so watery on the rice . They didn’t give my side order of yams. The girl diamond so rude then told me come back or got 48hrs. 😂😩 chicken old didn’t even give me a full side of rice ( rice hard asl) . For the price I definitely expect better , y’all always have the worst cashiers with the nastiest attitude it’s crazy

I ordered the chicken dinner with macaroni & cheese & yams(sweet potatoes). Everything was good but Those Sides took me back to Sunday’s at Grandma’s house. I can’t wait until they relocate to 87th, cutting the distance I have to travel in half.

The environment was clean it was really hot and flies everywhere.the costumer service was ok I ordered a salad it look a hour the food is over priced the salad 16$ wasn’t much in there didn’t have most of the ingredients I didn’t want to turn around for the to fix it because I knew it was gonna take an additional hour they use to be a really good restaurant very fast but now sad to say I would never eat here again

This is definitely not the place it use to be one of if not the worst restaurants to go to for jerk chicken over priced and sides are shorted and extremely unprofessional the new place to go to is Crayven jerk & soul on 1825 Sibley Blvd calumet city sides bigger prices cheaper and extremely consistent with their food friendly and professional please don’t go to Caribbean jerk palace I’ve even seen roaches on the floor haven’t been back since Caribbean jerk palace on the left large and or the right crayven jerk on the right as far as sides

This was our first time the chicken was nice and hot. The greens was horrible, the dressing was mushy and too much sage. Red beans and rice was hard not cooked thoroughly. Never again.
Don’t waste your money here!! Horrible customer service..and the food is garbage! The lady at the window taking orders needs to find another job that serves her because obviously this ain’t it. She’s extremely unprofessional and has a very nasty attitude to be a working at restaurant taking orders from people. Everyone that walked in to take an order she had a problem with. And please don’t touch ”Her” cc machine she’ll go crazy smh.. The food is overly seasoned and just thrown together and all I had was nachos and a taco I mean how can u mess that up ??♀️ Just please shut down already and stop taking ppl hard earned money for trashy food.

The yams, green beans come from a can and the mac n cheese is from a box, I was very disappointed; tasted like slop.

This place is a hidden gem! You definitely need to come in. Their food is authentic. Everything about the place is amazing. Including the staff. The food is always so flavorful of the staff is amazing. I have never been to a better place than here. The portions will not disappoint.

I love jerk palace I eat at this location everytime I visit Chicago. My father passed away so i decided to book them for catering for his repast services yesterday. I REGRET THAT SO MUCH I spent $1,090 THE CATERING FOOD WAS TERRRIBLE all of the chicken was burnt, rice wasn’t fully cooked and mac was super soupy…
So that being said the food is good for a take out order but do not book them for catering they can’t handle it…. I even went in to complain in person n I was just told sorry while spending $118 more dollars on single meals.
But I own a food business in mn and in this situation some kind of resolution should have been made a credit or something. That was nasty work!
