I went in for a DoorDash. Customer service is terrible. The girl at the front counter is disrespectful and rude. need new receptionist bad for business never go again.

Jordyn's Jerk Palace has HORRIBLE customer service!! They always close early, never at their actual closing time! And the female cashiers (there's two, from what I've seen) are RUDE every time! Don't waste your time or hard earned money!

My husband and I placed a $97 dollar order thru uber eats. We order 2 oxtail phillys (which gave us the option to order 2 sides) short rib fried rice, a side order of sweet potatoes, and 2 jerk sauces. Once the order arrived I noticed that the bag seemed light. There was no rice, no jerk sauce and no Mac and cheese and cabbage like we order. Before contacting uber we attempted to resolve it with the restaurant and we were willing to go to the place to get the food. The “manager” told us to take it up with uber and my husband offered to pick up the missing items but was hung up on by the so-called manager. Also they don’t give you oxtails for the Philly it’s really short rib instead. It was salty. I’ll never order again. Please use caution when ordering.

ordered a philly oxtail w mac & cabbage only got the oxtails no sides im disappointed

Ordered today spent $83 called my order in still wasn’t ready waiting an extra 25-30 minutes none of my dinners are full . Gravy so watery on the rice . They didn’t give my side order of yams. The girl diamond so rude then told me come back or got 48hrs. 😂😩 chicken old didn’t even give me a full side of rice ( rice hard asl) . For the price I definitely expect better , y’all always have the worst cashiers with the nastiest attitude it’s crazy

My husband ordered a jerk chicken dinner and a jerk salad last night. When he got home and opened his food there was literally no chicken on his plate. I called and the customer service was horrible to say the least!!! Who has to lie about something like that?!? They have catered many of our events and we eat here often, but long story short never again and the salad was a hot, soggy, melted mess!!!

Ordered on door dash received wrong items I called and instead of listening the female on the phone insisted RUDELY WHILE INTERRUPTING ME saying my order was right… because the receipt they printed said catfish but my DD receipt had the correct item on there they messed up and haven’t fixed the issue catfish is a against my religious dietary restrictions… horrible customer service

Was visiting from Minnesota and had high expectations. Everything was amazing. I came late so alot of the menu wasn't available unfortunately but the Jerk was fire ?

I’ve been coming to this location for years and aside from having watery Mac one time I’ve never been disappointed with the food. The Turkey Tips hit so hard that’s the only thing I get here and the dark poultry dinner with yams Mac and cabbage…food is the best Carribean jerk in Chicago area haven’t came across any sauce topping there sauce and when the Mac is macing its soooo good

Great! Steak tacos were great ! I actually ordered and forgot to pick my order up and was still able to be accommodated.. ordered an extra plate of mac,cabbage and turkey tips DELICIOUS ?
