The people at the window are very polite and respectful but the food was God AWFUL! Yuck! I had a 12 piece chicken wing dinner and it was the worst chicken wing dinner I’ve had in my entire life!! Tough unchewable meat, bland taste just awful! No seasoning at all! Maybe I had a bad cook or old wings but either way it was terrible! I couldn’t even eat two wings without almost throwing up! I ended up giving what was left to a bunch of alley cats by my house. I should’ve just went to the Sharks right across the street

Best customer service in Chicago hands down! I was beginning to think customer service doesn’t exist in Chicago it’s was so Pleasant to get served with a smile and great attitude Prices were amazing and the food was great plenty and fresh I definitely will be back.

Opened my beef and a fly crawls out.Then I notice the mozzarella I asked for is Swiss cheese.Not to mention the cook rolled the sandwich backwards so everything fell off the bread when I opened it.I would recommend a trash can before eating here.

Carl’s Red Hots has been at this intersection for 70 years, 25 years at its current location.. To still call it “Carl’s Red Hots” is disrespectful to its legacy with the quality of food they’re putting out, the food was much better when they just served hotdogs, hamburgers and fries at the old location

Usually the food is good but customer service is lacking ??It's 8 pm and they saying they closed when their posted closing time on Friday is 10 pm. For obvious reasons why it's like this, it's no really surprising.
I’ve never had a bad Gyro from them! It’s always full of flavor & the sauce tastes freshly made even if it’s just a store bought brand they must by a good quality premade kind.

Parking: The parking lot is terrible, asphalt broke up -you just might catch a flat tire coming in or going out that lot Over the years the monies that little spot has made they can afford a concrete parking lot.
