This was absolutely amazing! A lot of places can’t do carnitas properly. They definitely can!!!! The service was great as I was greeted with a smile and even samples of the pork and chicharrones!!! Very great experience wish I lived closer.
Delicious Michoacán style carnitas, I don't know how to go without trying them accompanied by some delicious beans served by their owners, the Zapala family, originally from URUAPAN MICHOACÁN.
Friday morning. 11AM. Everyone knows good carnitas are found on Friday to Sunday. We'll this place did it right.$11.99 a pound of flavorful, tender, and hearty carnitas. I was helped by a nice elderly pair at a quick service counter, and it was quick. This is a little hidden gem for sure!I'll be going back on a random weekday to see if it's as good on a weekend.
