The carnitas was sooo delicious. The service was not great. 1 out of 3 employees were happy to serve me. I felt ignored. But I wish that service improves cuz they literally have the best carnitas. But I would give this place another try, just becuz maybe it was just one of those days we're they were short staff.
These are the best carnitas in Chicago. It is best to eat them there. The dining room is small but if you get there early enough, you will find open tables. The carnitas are juicy and not too greasy, and they are always fresh. Homemade tortillas, and the sauces are very tasty. Outstanding!
I stopped visiting the place because it had a fire, and I didn't know it had reopened again but after years I returned and they still have the same flavor and good customer service
