My first time trying these carnitas since i was in the neighborhood, i decided to try them. Wow. These carnitas where AMAZING!!! FIRST OF ALL, they have them soaking in the delicious carnitas juices but im sure not for long bc they go FAST. They have them at a really good price to go and even have handmade Tortillas. Honestly really good carnitas. They are up there with Chepas in West Chicago and Don Alfredo. They have better prices though. My favorite was the chicharron (pork grinds) it's delicious and perfect with some salsa. Parking unfortunately is not easy to find but worth a trip. I asked for my carnitas to be chopped off for tacos and now I know it's a mistake. When they chop, it's bones and everything so I got several small pieces of bones in my tacos at home. Should...
The carnitas were great. The tortillas were good as well. My only minor complaint is the guacamole was kind of salty on the day that I went, but otherwise, also delicious and fresh.
