Carson's Ribs Prime Steaks was absolutely fantastic!
Our server, Nancy was outstanding. The food was DELICIOUS š!!! From the appetizer to the salad and main courses.
The prime rib steak was superb. The Blackened Salmon was cooked to perfection.
One of the best cooked salmon I have ever had. Their baked potato was scrumptious š.

My first timeattingatCARSON RIBS IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO ARE HORRIBLE not cooked well-tat all alltuffthey said that they smoke thier RIBS AND CHICKEN FOR HOURSNOWAY that they smoke they meat for hours and still tuff and hard will never eatthereagainit is not worth it at all I'm a cook and I cooked for famous people for over 40yearsandeven the mayor of Chicago believe me I know good food when taste it and I know ow when ribs are smoked for hours and that food was not smoked for hours I livedin chicago all my life.i wouldn't recommend Carson ribs to no one

Carsonās is an epic meal experience!! The ribs, prime rib, brisket and pork chop were all insanely delicious - top notch quality and flavor! Our waitress Heather was the best, so welcoming and helpful, she made the night extra special. My cousin was looking for the best prime rib in Chicago for our special family occasion and boy did Carsonās deliver. My cousin was in meat heaven, she said it was the best. The sides were also so tasty, from the double baked potato to the cream spinach. And our Manhattans were so good too. The entire meal was so special, a moment we wonāt forget. I canāt recommend Carsonās enough, go eat there now!!

The restaurant has a beautiful setting right by the river ā the view alone makes it worth a visit, especially around sunset. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Service was excellent and timely.
The only downside was the ribs ā they looked great but were a bit disappointing in flavor and tenderness compared to the rest of the meal. However, everything else was well-prepared, and the atmosphere more than made up for it.
Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy good service, and take in the river view. Iād definitely come back, maybe just try a different entrĆ©e next time.

The service was great but the food was average. Not what I would expect from Carsonās. The pulled pork was cold around the edges and the ribs were fine, but not great. Brisket was the he best of the meals we ordered. A little surprised by the food.

We walked in with two nosy kids, hungry and tired on a Sunday before it got busy at around 4, and the whole restaurant got together to make sure we are comfortable, fed with the best ribs, rib tips, and sides, and enjoyed ourselves. The manager checked in on us twice. Our waitress was kind and accommodating. Service was fast and efficient. They sat us where kids could be comfortable and look outside the gorgeous view. My son has been asking to go back to the boat restaurant. Weāve been getting delivery from here for years and itās always been delicious. It was special to finally eat here.

Ordered delivery and used a promotion. Buy 1 slab and get 1/2 slab for free. They did not include the 1/2 slab in the delivery. I chose to order here because of the promotion. Will not anymore.

Lovely dining experience even sitting at the bar. Great margarita and the pork chop was impressive. My boyfriend shared that it was my birthday and I was presented with a fabulous piece of key lime pie! It was very good just the right amount of tartness. Nice selection of music playing and sports on the bar tv's.

We stopped by here before a boat tour in Chicago, and the vibe was great! We sat at the bar since we were short on time and the table wait was about 10ā15 minutes. The service was excellent super attentive and friendly.
We both ordered the BBQ marriage for $37, and let me tell you, the portions are not playing around. You definitely get a solid amount of food for the price. The only downside for me was the BBQ itself which is kind of the point of this place. I was hoping for a bit more flavor in the seasoning and sauce. I was expecting more tender ribs as well. It was just a bit too tough for my liking. To be fair, Iām a little biased because my dadās BBQ has set the bar way too high (his ribs are unbeatable).
On the bright side, that salt-and-pepper-encrusted baked potato was fantastic Iād definitely recommend that side!
