Can't complain about the ice cream carvel is always good. The lady working thurs the 25th at 130 pm was the rudest person I have ever seen working retail. I always say when u are hiring look for friendly first. You can teach anyone the job but you cant teach friendliness.

I have been trying to get one item from their menu for almost 6 months. They were out of peanut butter sauce for months then they didn’t have the candy now they’ve been without ice cream for over two weeks!!! Been a fan of Carvel since I was a kid but this is ridiculous.

Consider going somewhere else for a sweet pastry. They are way overpriced...almost $20 for a 9Pack of MINIs and undercut the sweet cream cups...half filled. Go to Dunkin Donuts or Starbuck across the way.
