Cava is good don’t get me wrong but if I’m pay $23 for a build your own bowl pls make sure it a full scoop of chicken the server gave me a teaspoon of spicy chicken when I asked for a full scoop I was charged $6 extra dollars I understand it’s lunch time but give me what I paid for so I had to pay extra money because she decided to give me a teaspoon of chicken unacceptable this like the 3rd time this has happened so now I’m give yall a break for awhile

I couldn't believe it when I walked in. The quality of ingredients is the best I've had in years, the taste is amazing, there's plenty of healthy options at an affordable price and the even the drinks are better than what you see in larger business chains.

Cashier and last person on the line tried playing a scam on me by charging for Harissa Honey Chicken which is about 2 dollars more. I stood that I got regular. They said I’d need to redo the bowl, I agreed, and only then they asked the first person on the line who confirmed I got regular chicken. What a scam
Employees have an attitude problem on multiple visits. They overcharged us on an item and gave attitude when we requested them to refund the amount that was overcharged. On every single visit, we have had to remind them to give us the pita that comes with the bowl; if you don’t ask, they won’t give it to you. They regularly give people free pita for a 5-star Google review, so be skeptical of the high rating. Food is great, as in any other location.
