The rooftop wasn’t open during one visit, but the space is very cute with more standing room than seating. Service was fast and friendly, and the burger did not disappoint. With different drink options on each level and floors for dancing, Celeste is a super fun tri-level bar. Stop in for great drinks, good vibes, and a chill spot with a lot of options.
