My fiance and I were genuinely excited about this venue for our wedding and tried for several weeks to simply book a tour. Unfortunately, the experience with their event manager made that impossible.
I submitted an inquiry through their website and immediately received a questionnaire, which I completed the same day (Friday). Then… silence. No email, no call, nothing.
A week later, I called the restaurant at 5:15 PM — according to Google, they open at 5. A very rude woman answered and questioned why I would “call at the end of the workday,” adding that she had “no time to talk” because they had a big event that day. She barely found my form, then proceeded to ask me all the same questions that were already in the questionnaire. She promised to send information by email but she never did.
I called again another day around 2 PM. Same manager, same attitude: “I’m preparing for a big event, I don’t have time right now.” This time I at least received the general pricing.
I emailed asking to schedule an in-person tour. No reply. I called again; she again said she was busy, asked me to email her again (even though I told her I already had). I sent the request again, clearly stating we were ready to book a date and time to see the space.
A day later, instead of answering the only question we had: when can we come tour the venue?, she simply sent another pricing sheet (with higher prices this time), and again no information about scheduling. No available dates, no guidance, nothing. Every interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and frankly rude.
At this point, I have no idea how this place supposedly hosts “big events every day” when basic communication seems impossible. We truly wanted to consider this venue for our wedding, and very sorry it was impossible

I went here last night, While I was ordering a drink a guy with wavy shoulder length hair looks Indian or Arabic assaulted me I told the security and because he is the manager family they did nothing. Please do not attend here or make sure to have something on you to protect yourself from being assaulted.

My friends and I went to Celeste to see a DJ friend who was performing last night, but our first experience there was terrible. The place was extremely crowded, there was no air circulation, and it was impossible to move. At one point, I grabbed an ice cube from a bucket next to me because I was literally struggling to breathe. Then four security guards surrounded me, and one of them pushed me and started yelling at me, telling me to leave. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I even took a photo right after the incident to show how chaotic and disrespectful the situation was. No one deserves to be treated like that. I can’t show their faces, but they are the same people who work at the front. Be very careful and don’t waste your time at places like this.
