Bartenders were very cold and unfriendly. Someone cleared our beers with plenty left and when confronted, the bartender avoided eye contact and claimed he didn’t know. Bartenders were not friendly and really ruined the mood. Felt a bit discriminatory, since some patrons said “Konichiwa” and other Japanese phrases as they left (I’m not Japanese).

So refreshing - a perfect friendly pub for anyone who wants a pint of Guinness but isn’t precious about it. Great whiskey selection, the barkeep is brief but in a supremely friendly and efficiently, and wants to learn your name before what you drink. Music is hit or miss… but even the misses hit.
