FCFS receiver from 5am-2pm. However, people show up at 2am and I showed up at 4am and got unloaded. Very nice and fast. I suggest getting here between 3am-6am. Back in off of western into 15th PI NOT 15th, then around the corner and into the dock. Tight quarters but manageable. Just go slow. DO NOT PULL INTO 15TH PI TO DRIVE AROUND BACK WITH A SLEEPER TRUCK. YOU WONT MAKE IT!! You must back in. TRUST ME!!

Not made to back in sleeper truck's. Day cabs only. Very tight back in & they say they start unloading at 05:00 but it's actually 03:00. Right next to RR so not quite. They do unload quick

Not a bad place to deliver.I know it’s news Chicago DT but it’s not that hard to get to it.Specially if coming in at night, bo traffic.Best way to come in it’s from the south if coming in form I55…Some comments says you can turn around in the back but I wouldn’t recommended due to tight place.My advice it back in from the street all the way to the back, just take your time.Arrived at 9pm and was woken up by great old man Named MR Willie at 2am ready to unload.

Delivery dock is next right turn south of 15th st. Drive between the buildings and turn right at the dead end. Docks are on right side. Call the number before you get here. So they can let you know if docks are open. No need to back in from street! Just stay to the left and make right U turn. Joana is your girl. She is very nice. They are all nice. Great people

Hidden place, great products, bad customer service lady that answer the phone has a really bad attitude, very negative I so glad they updated the call system and I always talk to Joanna now, i have been wanting to talk to someone there that is on charge of everyone in the office , honestly If I know it’s her answering I will hang up. I really hope this bad review gets to the ears of the supervisor just to keep a welcomed environment, I’m a business owner and I really appreciate customer service
