Not a bad place to deliver.I know it’s news Chicago DT but it’s not that hard to get to it.Specially if coming in at night, bo traffic.Best way to come in it’s from the south if coming in form I55…Some comments says you can turn around in the back but I wouldn’t recommended due to tight place.My advice it back in from the street all the way to the back, just take your time.Arrived at 9pm and was woken up by great old man Named MR Willie at 2am ready to unload.

Delivery dock is next right turn south of 15th st. Drive between the buildings and turn right at the dead end. Docks are on right side. Call the number before you get here. So they can let you know if docks are open. No need to back in from street! Just stay to the left and make right U turn. Joana is your girl. She is very nice. They are all nice. Great people

Hidden place, great products, bad customer service lady that answer the phone has a really bad attitude, very negative I so glad they updated the call system and I always talk to Joanna now, i have been wanting to talk to someone there that is on charge of everyone in the office , honestly If I know it’s her answering I will hang up. I really hope this bad review gets to the ears of the supervisor just to keep a welcomed environment, I’m a business owner and I really appreciate customer service

Great People.Fast and Professional unloading.Entrance is on Western Ave.Turn onto Western Ave and go all the to the back of Midland building.You will see a rail road.Turn left to find Central Baking Supplies.
This place can be a good experience or the worst one ?? even if you back in the alley way you'll still need to back up and around the turn to get to the docks. Take your time so you do not damage your truck. Get out and look if you need to. Ask the dock worker for backing instructions. That's what I did. He told me to back towards the white shed, go back out into the alley, and then back in from there. It's challenging and can be done. TAKE YOUR TIME. You'll back into the first dock closest to the stairs. Drive safe drivers.

The loading dock is very tight for large trucks but doable. They could have pushed the concrete barrier farther to railroad or at least park the cars behind the barriers. or don't order stuff with 53ft trailers. With sleeper truck we need at least 120ft clearance all around. 48ft with daycab is not a commercial vehicle lol

Worst customer service ever, girls that answer calls for orders are so rude wish I can do an online order and not have to deal with them as this the only place close to home I can get what I need, twice had issues with them 1st encounter placed an order they gave me a wrong item and told me I should've checked my order, hello the icing bottles look the same and there's no description of the Item outside 2nd called and placed an order when I arrived to pickup my order, they said there was no order for me instead of apologizing the 2 ladies said I didn't place anything with them funny thing they asked for my CC no. The lady goes to tell me if we charged u how much? Questioning I crazy and laughing so rude... simply sorry would've been ok But she said next time take the name Well I have a name for her but since I'm not like her I won't use it

Great source of every Baking Ingredients including Premium Belgium Chocolate for Baking. They shipped us when we placed an order on Flourish.Market, the shipment arrived within 2 days rather than the 5 days offered on the site and the ingredients were in a perfect state, and far from their expiry date.
