Extremely overpriced. Service was not good. Food extremely whatever. They automatically charge a 20% fee for table service. Music was really loud

Cerise staff is everything. I would name a few but I legit would be just bias cuz their entire staff is outstanding.

This place has a great views and a nice selection of cocktails! You need to request Marcus as your server.

Had a wonderful time, staff was friendly music was great, mature crowd, amazing views and drinks were mixed well. Everything went well until I encountered a disgruntled employee in the lobby. However my rooftop experience was great and I highly recommend

I don't recommend this place. Each cocktail $25 with the cheapest house liquor. I can pay that in better places and better drinks. We felt ripped off

Super nice rooftop with amazing views.
We ordered chicken burgers they were pretty salty I didn’t like it tbh nothing was special about them but the mojitos were really good.

Never go to this misrable place again! I came there to my misfortune last Saturday (10.05.24). and the guard stole my personal thing (mace - which I used for my own safety at some point dangerous Chicago, I was assaulted once at the train) he searched me and then put my personal belongings in his pocket. unfortunately an hour later I forgot about it, but remembered the next day and went back to pick it up. another guard and the receptionist started to shrug their shoulders, although the guard promised to find my thing. I came the second time and got the same result - they do not know anything, they can not find. Maybe the manager will see this message and can deal with this guy. A bit of description of him: he was a fit tall young black guy, who worked at the entrance that nighy.

Went for after dinner cocktail and music and wasn't the type of crowd I expected. It didn't help the service was slow and they closed the outdoor seating earlier than it says they are open and with no reason.. Weather was beautiful etc... And that's all we went for. Shortly after we got our drinks, which took over 30 minutes while my husband kept fighting off people from stealing our chairs at the table he found while waiting for us, we had to hurry up and drink them because we were getting kicked out in 10 minutes... Because they were closing the patio. The patio and the view is the only thing to go here for and we got to enjoy 10 minutes of it. Pretty disappointed.

Came here last night quick for a few drinks. Bartender used house liquor and served in plastic cups and my bill was 50 dollars. I've never in my life paid 50 dollar for two drinks even in Chicago and with that ridiculous price they should be using premium liquor and properly served.

Been to quite a few roof tops around downtown and have heard a lot of good things about Cerise Rooftop. 1st there is a lot difficulty booking any reservations. Their food and drinks selection is very minor and not a lot to choose from. The beer is served to you in a can instead of a glass or bottle. When I go to an upscale setting, it is expected to have higher end products and service. Will not return to Cerise Rooftop because of these reasons.

Are you a bar or a club and do you really care whatsoever? ?

We went up to have a cocktail and take in the view at 3:30 on a Sunday. The man at the door said they were prioritizing tables for people eating but that we could get a drink from the bar and have a table unless they needed it for someone eating. All the tables except ~4 were open but tagged as “reserved”. We went to the bar where both bartenders were staring at their phones and asked about cocktails. One started to hand us a menu but the other stopped him and said they weren’t allowed to share the menu ?

I asked for a Hendricks tonic and was given a dirty, not just a little, full on filthy glass. He said they were all that way and he was sadly right. He offered me a plastic glass which was when we gave up. Enter at your own risk. Elephant and castle across the street was perfectly normal and served a nice old fashioned.

Nice vibe. Bar was a little backed up but besides that I'll be returning.
