Such a nice menu! So much good stuff to choose from. I got the crab cakes and pad thai and was not disappointed.

I recently visited Chant and unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Let me start by saying I am a pretty easy going person and rarely do I complain but I was left feeling disappointed. I ordered small plates, the fried green tomato’s, the queso birria egg rolls and the lobster rangoon. The only truly enjoyable item was the rangoon. The menu appeared so promising but the flavors at least in my experience were not there. The egg rolls tasted like there was ginger added to it and the fried green tomatoes had a heavy dill/pickle taste to them. I did not even complain. The problem came in when I ordered a drink and once it arrived it was the worst drink I’ve had. It literally tasted like rubbing alcohol and I am a regular tequila drinker. I could no longer hold my disappointment and asked for a manager after my server told me he could not switch out the drink and that I still had to pay for the drink regardless. Mind you i legit took 2 sips max. The manager came over and in an offended tone told me he made the drinks himself and that’s how it should taste and he is not going to take it back and waste alcohol. I asked if we could swap it for another item or at least remove it from the bill he refused and again stated I will not waste alcohol. But it’s okay to waste my money on a drink that hasnot been drank? He went on to say the drink was made exactly how it was supposed to be made and basically it is what it is and walked off after giving me his name. I felt so disappointed and disgusted because he talked over me and it was like my opinion on what I ordered did not matter. Try this place at your own risk but I do not recommend the general managers name is Aldo and I have never had an encounter with a manager like him before he didn’t even at least say I am sorry you didn’t enjoy what you ordered he was completely defensive. Again O would not recommend. The ambiance was cute in all honesty and my server was polite but did not feel like a valued customer. The picture is how the drink was left on the table glass still full.

Our server was friendly & present but not overbearing. The food was flavorful, well presented & good sized. Our larger party was easily seated & made comfortable even those with mobility issues.

Dinner was delicious! It was my 2nd time at Chant. I had Catfish on top of Mac n Cheese, Turkey Basil Rolls, Fried Green Tomatoes and they were all outstanding! The favorite drink is Conflict and Compromise. I had Red Velvet cake for dessert! It was soooooo delish! I'll be back to try other dishes soon.

Ate here for lunch started with their Lobster Rangoon this was ok last had more cream cheese inside than lobster imo...plus the dipping sauce was hitting either 7.4. For the main, I got short ribs that came with rice, and broccoli. The broccoli was season-season fr never had broccoli on point like this. The short rib and rice just needed some salt because it was rather bland after the first bite. After a few dabs of salt, it was a lot better 8.4... also beware of that thai chill pepper hidden underneath. I took one bite and damn near fell out it was so hot?...never again brought me to tears ngl. But the short ribs were tender and it's a decent-sized portion too.Overall not a bad spot to grab a meal but with so many options in the city nothing here would bring me back. Just if I'm in the area or something. 8.4

Came in about 8:15pm today, waited to be seated, the greater Hispanic male walked pass me and acknowledged people behind me. That gave me a very bad taste for Chant especially when I saw a post on Facebook to come i went

We were there on a Friday night at 6:15. The food was very bland. Although the music was well performed, it was dinner time and beyond ear piercing. I could not talk to the person met there.
