Good stuff Tasted the ribs after wow they were good

I broiled some boneless, skinless chicken thighs using two different flavors. I couldn’t tell them apart by looks or flavor and they were so salty. I followed directions on the box.

Tried a number of flavors recently. CharCrust is delicious!! Chicken, Steak, Pork - have all been great. Flavorful, juicy, natural - all with a tasty crust!

Ever trying to do more in a day, I ordered a variety of Char Crust's great rubs late one night. I didn't realize I miskeyed a digit in my address so my shipment wasn't delivered. I called Char Crust and offered to split to cost of reshipping the order, since whoever got it must have kept it. (They changed the city on my address to accommodate the street number.) Char Crust replaced the entire order at no charge and shipped it to me. Great! A few days later, don't you know the original box showed up? It wasn't delivered - it was floating in the carrier's system for a couple of weeks! When I called Char Crust to ask if they wanted the sealed box back (they tape their packing slip sleeve over the edge of the box so you can tell if it's been cut to open the box). I know that companies don't take food back but since the box was intact and each pack within the box was sealed, I thought they might. Max, a really nice, friendly rep, told me they wouldn't. So I have an entire shelf of Char Crust rubs in my kitchen! And no, I'm not sharing!!! Char Crust is a complete rub that magically takes protein and gives it a complete taste. It does 'seal in the juices' although I don't know how. All I know is I take Beyond Burgers from the freezer, liberally sprinkle them with Java Buzz rub. Then I drool next to the toasted potato buns, cheese, pickles, onions, tomatoes and lettuce just waiting for that delicious juicy burger. Often, I take out chicken or pork and just put Ginger Teriyaki or Hickory and Molasses flavored rub on before putting it in the convection oven. I leave the kitchen and Char Crust does the rest. The flavors are good - noticeable, complimentary to the proteins and ridiculously easy to use. Burgers are cooking - I'm out of the kitchen fast - and lunch will be delicious!

This seasoning is absolutely a must have. There is not one flavor that I don not love. It makes the best and juiciest Turkey burgers, they even taste excellent reheated, and meat doesn’t always reheat well! Buy this stuff you won’t regret it.
