The worst sandwich I ever had dry all lettuce no meat. It is the worst. I end up, threw it in the garbage. don’t waste your money.

them steaks are pretty good, i recommend this place. The chicken California cheesesteak is pretty good

TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢

Sandwich came with NO mayo and at and so little lettuce that it wasn't even funny. My "fully loaded" fries were all ranch, I couldn't taste the cheese. I called customer service because I drove an HOUR to this location due to the fact it's the closest and I've been coming to this one for years without issue. Customer service said they'd reach out to the manager and then said they refused to make it right or refund because that was the appropriate amount of lettuce and cheese. Which is a BLATANT LIE. No one even addressed the fact that the mayo wasn't even on the sandwich. Im furious. As a loyal customer, who has gotten this SAME ORDER for YEARS and it's never made this way, the manager or customer service is a liar. It's funny because I just got the SAME ORDER earlier this week. It was made right. I spent nearly $40 for my order and it was all crap. These 2 items were just the worst.

Placed an online order. Got to the store (Ft. Johnson, LA), and their hood is down; can’t make any orders. The store is unable to give me a refund, gift card, or even a phone number I could call. All I could do is send an email and wait 3 business days for a response. Ridiculous.

I ordered delivery from them. After waiting almost an hour and a half, they canceled my order. They did not refund me my payment. When I tried calling the store, they hung up on me. I finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company.

Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.

they let racist people own there franchise, and then when you get sick with covid she tells you to just lie and come in anyways this racist lady also when you have surgery says "other people deserve your hours more anyways" when literally all her good reviews are because of me.

By far one of my best cheese steak sandwiches I had in my 34 plus years ? to top it off the ranch on the side of the canjun fries is a hit as well. Wish I could rate them more then the 5 stars they have up there definitely 10 out of 10

Workers were so friendly! I split a large kimchi cheesesteak and drink with a friend here and one of the employees poured the drink into two containers for us. Kimchi cheesesteak was amazing and made me feel like a ravenous animal eating it.

Not what I'd find in philly, and it's a little overpriced comparatively to philly sandwiches in philly.

That said... it was tasty. I'm giving the review based on sandwiches I've had before at other places, in general this place is very good.

Ordered food at this location, said it would be ready at 10:48. Place opens at 10 am. It's closed! Unprofessional.
