I used to really enjoy Charlie’s Cheesesteak — the first time I went, it was great and had that old-school cheesesteak flavor with plenty of cheese. But the last two times have been a huge letdown. I could barely taste any cheese at all. It felt dry and completely different from what it used to be. Very disappointed with the inconsistency — not sure I’ll be coming back.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

The bread was so soft and fresh. Everything tasted great, though I wished the bacon on cheese fries was a bit crispier/crunchier. The fries tasted like they had just sliced the potatoes- so fresh and tasty. Service was fantastic. Fernando was attentive and offered suggestions. We had the cheesesteaks this time but will be back to try the wings and (hopefully) the shakes.

When they get the ice cream machine and we can get shakes, I’ll add a star. 😉

I love this place, ive gone here since its opened, but yall got an employee in there that isnt doing their job. Most of the time the food is great, but sometimes theres barely anything on the sandwich, the portions are wrong(ordered large fry, got a small). I dont know who it is but yall gotta fire them.

Hours say open until 12am. Came at 10:05pm and they would not take our order even though they were checking another customer out. Update hours please.

The worst sandwich I ever had dry all lettuce no meat. It is the worst. I end up, threw it in the garbage. don’t waste your money.

them steaks are pretty good, i recommend this place. The chicken California cheesesteak is pretty good

I’ve ordered three times from here and the first two were great. The third time I ordered the cheesesteak came with no cheese….

Awful location. The place reeks like burned oil and was smoke filled. I waited over 40 minutes for my to go order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all wrong. Why did it take so long if they were all made wrong? They didn’t taste like other locations either. So disappointing as we really like another location. Super gross and dirty in there.

I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has always been good.I usually get the Philly cheesesteak and the bone in wings (I try different flavors to see what I like better).

TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢
