Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Not enough people are working here for it to run well. Smells like burnt bread. Slow service with no offers of refund or compensation for time.

Worker lied about how long food would take, (it was double) despite this I was handed luke warm food. They tried to blame the number of orders, but it was clearly having to remake a burnt bread, that was mistimed with the cooked meat.

Got home. Found a hair in my food.

Edit: I have tried calling the number you replied to this review with three times. No one answers and the Voice mail Message isn't set up. Be better.

Be warned that you should not order ahead or they will let someone steal your food. Then they will treatyou like they did something wrong. They do not care about customers. No one will ever reply when you contact the company about this. I was a loyal customer until I was treated so bad.

Brought my elderly uncle here to try out the #2 Cheesesteak Combo and was extremely impressed. Miz took our order and made two of the best Philly cheesesteak sandwiches we've ever had. Literally piping hot delivered to our table, and the fries were fresh and hot as well. We will definitely be coming back to try the boneless wings. Thanks for a great experience!

I had a coupon on my home for a cheese steak loaded fries and a drink but they gave me regular fries not the one shown with cheese and bacon bits and i think sourcream had a dispute with the cashier and he gave me a cup of cheese on the side

So much salt that I couldn't taste any thing else. Whoever is cooking either doesn't eat here or smokes a pack a day. Save some money and buy a shaker of salt and a bun at the Jewel

I brought my mother for the first time and it was very very delicious. The gentleman working (I forgot to ask his name) was very friendly and kind! Great customer service!!!!!! Definitely be coming back for some more, thank you!
