My wife and I eat at Burger Bar Chicago every time we come to Chicago and it never disappoints. We appreciate all of the Gluten Free options and the staffs attention to food allergies.

Food was great it's downtown so prices were reasonable for being downtown service was fantastic and on top of it my daughter left her slime there Saturday night day before marathon we went back the next day to ask about it busier then sh@t and the hostess actually saved it and took the time to get it. Sounds stupid but really brightened my daughter's day. Will definitely be hitting them back up. I had the bison burger honestly was too big but absolutely delicious and my daughter enjoyed the ribs while my wife loved her burger also. Good selection of beer too

I had the Chicken and Waffles. The waffle was a little over done but the quantity and flavor way more than made up for it.

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mocking my party because we were dallas cowboys fans in a very rude manner and was not joking at all. Intentionally sat walk ins in front of us if they had bears gear on while whispering to them to go sit somewhere after hearing they did not have a reservation.
Food was excellent however the service and music were not. The waiter was rude and the food server wasn't much better. Mixed up our order and pretty much left it up to us to figure it out.

The service when we were there at 445 pm was terrible. It took an hour to get our food and at that point most of the food was cold and burgers were overcooked. If we were not with our family we would have asked for our money back.

Burger bar was delicious. Our only issue was that a burger fell off the plate while the runner was serving us (no big deal) but by the time we got the replacement burger, everyone was done eating. Server never said anything just put the burger down and walked away. I told him we ordered fries and he brought out a small cup of fries. Could have apologized or addressed it. But overall, food was good.

Ordered a burger medium/well but it was very pink on the inside. Wife doesn't eat meat a lot so medium well is usually ok when she wants protein and a good meal. But it was well underdone. Service was great, he was well overworked but not his fault. He was good.
