This is the very best Chase bank branch I have ever visited. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The lead teller officer, Ms. Colpa, is always smiling, and always does her best to give me all of my needed documents. Also, Katherine and Rosa are professional and so helpful too. Just had an extremely professional experience ordering new checks at this location. I didn't even get a chance to sit down in the chair before Katherine Celeita ushered me to her desk and promptly started to assist me. She could sense my urgency and expedited my request without making a mistake! I'm coming back tomorrow to open a joint savings account!
I just had a very misfortunate event were I was treated rudely and I felt ridiculed by the workers of the bank. I went to deposit a check on one of the atm's and that are on the outside since the bank was already closed. I was trying to sign my check but the pen they had wasnt working, I was kindly waving and asking the workers on the inside for a pen and they said no.
