Absolutely terrible experience. This all-you-can-eat BBQ cost $29.99 per person and was a total waste of money. The meat quality was extremely poor — everything was clearly frozen, had no flavor, and there were no seafood options at all. Just beef, chicken, and pork, all of which tasted bland and cheap. On top of that, the service was rude and inattentive. To make it worse, they automatically added an 18% tip without asking. Completely unacceptable. I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

This is my first time eating here and I was extremely disappointed because the food was bland but also the owner was very rude, rushed me and my family to eat by touching our food and cross contaminated our food cooking on the plate multiple times! I didn’t feel comfortable at all and will not be coming back.

We went for an All-You-Can-Eat lunch for $29.99/pp in the Chinatown location. The meat quality was not good. Veggie dumplings were not crunchy as if they fried it that morning and put it under a warmer. We used to like this place before it turned into an all you can eat.

Absolutely terrible. They changed ownership in the past few months and I decided to give it a try today and it was awful.

- The service was bad. We couldn't even get a refill of water. Also trying to wave our hand at a server and I know they see me, but they choose to walk away and pretend like they don't see us.
- Food was terrible. Extremely thick and chewy.
- Forgot our order of rice twice.
- We were a table of 3 and they automatically charged tip. Tip is usually automatically charged for tables of 5 or more at most restaurants.
- No grill changes.
- Bad experience overall would not recommend to anyone.

This was the worst kbbq place I’ve ever had! This place use to be good, now it’s horrible. We had a stroller with us, I asked if we could sit in the back, away from traffic, she said “no those tables don’t have gas line up yet.” But 20 min later sat ppl at the table I asked. The cuts of meat were horrible and low variety. We had ordered 4 orders of dumplings. She gave us one cup of sauce and said since we had sauce she wouldn’t bring us more. There were 6 of us not including the baby. She wouldn’t let us order more until she inspected our plates. My daughter is 12 and I was charged adult pricing because she’s tall. The lady was sooo rude. Never going back ever!

This used to be a great place before it was AYCE. The meat was terrible quality. The service was bad. Even the water was warm. It was very upsetting given how good it used to be

This place is under new ownership and no longer the same place or quality. The quality of meat was so bad. I feel bad for my coworkers who had this as their first kbbq experience. The staff was also rude.

It wasn’t the same quality of food and service as before. The beef was frozon like just from freezer , and some of the beef and chicken were tasteless, also hard to bite. The soybean soup was too salty to swallow. The service of the short hair waitress was so rude. I definitely would not go back second time.

Terrible service and they charged me twice despite telling them “hey its already in my bank statement” well i called my bank for fraud because aint no way im making a call to the states and getting a $20 itl charge. Byee! Don’t go here just walk a tiny bit more go somewhere else.
