Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

Always good but to be honest my white widow sandwich was not cooked well and I felt uncomfortable with the people working there to ask for a remake even though I liked the vibe it was a little too transparent and I didn’t want to come off as one of those kind of customers. But for price, that chicken could’ve been better cooked. Love the goo balls and other snacks. Bar seats are nice. Not a place to get any work done late at night tho like other sandwich shops.

This is the best sandwich place I’ve ever been to. I’m not exaggerating. I had the Sensi Kush (BLT) and I’ll be back to try everything on the menu. Quiznos and Potbelly can hang it up. I want Cheba locations EVERYWHERE.

Honestly, the Wrigley location is the best. Food is always delicious and consistent, but the staff is just top notch. They are always friendly, joke around with you, and create the perfect vibe. When I have out of town friends visit and we want something low key/easy, I bring them here (especially if it's music bingo night). Huge shout out to the folks who keep this place running, you really are the best!

Teriyaki chicken was really good

If you're in Wicker Park and craving a solid sub, Cheba Hut's the spot. I grabbed the Kali Mist and a side of seasoned fries. The sub was packed with flavor, and the fries had that perfect crunch. Service was friendly, and the vibe was chill. Total came to about $15, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
