My girlfriend did not realize everything was toasted. When they gave us the sandwiches and she didn't like it. They made a new one. No questions asked. I love this place.

Friendly service and sub menu looks good! Would not recommend ordering a sub with chicken though...it's the kind of chicken that comes precooked and has the dark lines to imitate that it has been grilled.

Absolutely loved this spot while in town for baseball (Cubs) and downtown adventures... I got the mushroom with teriyaki and pineapple... best sub I've ever had hands down... all the flavors were phenomenal. My son had turkey and said the same about his sub... well definitely be back and highly recommend

got a sandwich to go — it was perfectly spicy, so saucy. the bread is immaculate. i love the huge menu so there are so many options to choose from. there’s also a bar inside if you wanted to go in. service was quick
