I know people are overwhelmed etc but basic customer service is still expected. I was completely rushed through my order and was denied requests for a chocolate cone since the sign letting sutomers know that they were "now selling chocolate ice cream" was at the pick up window 🥴😒 at least the food was good...can't win em all I guess smh 🤷🏽♀️ 😩😬

I REPEAT!! Do not order on the app at this location! They do not do refunds because it’s a franchise. Long story short. I ordered cheese steak bites and a sandwich. The girl slowly and nervously walked to me saying they only made the sandwich because they were out of the cheese steak bites. Staying I should refund on the app. I’m like okay whatever you say. I go to the app nd couldn’t find a refund button or way to refund. I kept googling and got no where. So I decided to call customer service. Times are hard. Tell me why Pedro over the phone told me he only could give me loyalty points. Like it was my fault that they didn’t have the item I wanted. I told him don’t trip. Yall are not good enough to be mad over. I will never eat there again.

Ordered plain wings for my 2 yr old granddaughter and they gave me buffalo spicy wings WTH!! Didn’t see it until I arrived home to feed her? And they don’t answer the phone at this location!!!

Slow as hell. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes because of what seemed to be general incompetence. I could’ve gotten a sit down burger for the speed my food was served. 5 minutes between cars at the speaker box? Lmao damn shame

I love the Checker Burger! Very well seasoned French Fries. I always enjoy a Root Beer with my food. When I see a checkers I pull in to one of the 2 lanes & order myself some goodness. The Fries make my city traffic blues go away. Thank you
