Automated order taker was a bit frustrating. Late nite clerk was considerate to let me add to my order at the window, but who in the world approves a sandwich bun and food that looks like this? Tasted horrible, but hot! Checkers! You all used to be so good back in the day, what happened!?

This Checkers is pretty good, but quiet. Doesn't seem to have enough people working thereAs a result, it takes longer to get your grub to get out. I, as usual, got the BIG BUFORD. It's outstanding, very tasty. I got the extra ? with my order off my smartphone. The fries are really good too. The seasoning makes it work. Along with McDonald's' fries and Arby's curly fries, they're the best. ? That's it. Checkers is pretty good, but the atmosphere can be improved. The BIG BUFORD is the real deal, along with the ?, though.

This Checkers isn't in the best location and it's not very aesthetically pleasing on the eyes, however my wife and I stopped there late at night, roughly around midnight and the customer service was incredible. There was a little bit of a wait but not too bad but the gentleman that worked the window was extremely pleasant. He apologized several times for the short wait. When I placed my order I wanted a coke for the drink. Instead of telling me the coke wasn't available at the moment or making up some excuse, he changed it out. I can't express enough how amazing that was at this day and time.... My only regret was I didn't get his name. The food was fresh and hot and the coke was cold with that nice acid kick that we crave at times. Very very surprised with this location. Kudos to those workers... Definitely will go back.

I remember going to Rally’s and Checkers with my grandmother when I was a kid, so when I saw this location you can just imagine my excitement which lead to immediate disappointment. First, I went to the bathroom… disgusting. It was streaks of “liquid” all over the floor, walls, hand rail and sink. The sink has not been cleaned all week (it’s Friday) I had to go really bad so I pushed thru and used toilet paper when I needed to touch anything that was that.We ordered via the app so we just pulled up to the window and didn’t talk to the AI. We were met at the window and advised we had an online/app order. They asked for our name 4 times. We finally got the food less the funnel cake fries because they didn’t have any. I ordered the chicken bites and my son a burger. Let me tell you. The chicken bites smelled “off”. I asked my son but he said they were fine. All was ok until I bit into a fry. It was like biting into a rotten potato. A whole FRIED ROTTEN POTATO I had to spit it out, I almost vomited! The rest of the meal was ruined at this point. The chicken bites were undercooked because I’m guessing they had not seen the online order and was really just trying to get us our food and out of the line. Needless to say we will NOT be back and honestly I think code enforcement needs to make a visit before someone gets sick.
Parking: Parking is fine. Getting back on the street is the hassle.
