I would honestly rate this place a zero if it was an option… Came in at around 10 PM at night and had a coupon for a $5.99 baconzilla meal and told the person that came on the speaker before I had ordered that I had a coupon and exactly what the coupon was for and how I wanted the burger.. I then asked them if I could get it upsized to a medium they told me yes and then I had also ordered a double checker Burger with cheese (on the 2 for $8 menu) with no tomato as a meal when I got to the window, I had gotten charged $21 and when I handed the man at the window, the coupon he proceeded to tell me that they cannot upgrade the fries and the drink. It had to be a small to use the coupon. then when I asked him to put it in as a small because of what the coupon was he then proceeded to tell me that, they can’t take it off that I had to pay for it how it was and not use my coupon… Then when I left, I checked the burgers and one of the burgers was a regular small cheeseburger with only ketchup on it so I went back through the drive-through again , mind you there was five other cars in the drive-through by the time I came back around, so I had to wait an long time. I got back to the speaker and let the man know that my order was placed wrong exactly what was wrong about it and what I wanted he said to pull up and they would fix it and told him which one I actually wanted and AGAIN how I wanted it.. The man at the window spoke with whoever was cooking the food and the cook proceeded to stand about 6 feet away from the window YELLING at me about how I ordered incorrectly and the burger that I wanted was a lot more than what I was charged and I told him fine go ahead and charge what you need to charge me. He told me to go ahead and pull around to the parking lot and wait until he got a chance to put it in the grill. I then asked him if they could replace my fries since they were already getting cold and they were gonna be worse by the time I got the burger and got home and he told me NO.. I tried to call and speak to a manager today and of course the phone lines went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. I would appreciate speaking to the restaurant manager about this so I can get my money back or get my sandwiches and fries, hot fresh and how I asked for them after that, I will never come back to this place again .

The burger I got was not put together at all and the meat tasted spoiled!! I know this is fast food and not gourmet but Jesus this food tasted disgusting. The chicken balls were also pretty old tasting and hard, the fries were decent though. I would only recommend this place if you’re starving! Hope I don’t get food poisoning lol :(

I bought shakes, fish sandwich, cheeseburger and apple pies. I was disappointed in the apple pies; they used to have a different kind that was delicious. I was told the rest of the food and shakes were good. This Checkers needs a facelift outside. It looks deserted and the drive way needs to be repaved. I don't go inside so I don't know what it looks like. The service has always been good.
