Bad Customer Service, Terrible Food, Rude Employees Never Eating Here Again. I Was Ordering Food Through Drive Thru 5/27/2024 12:30AM When Drive Through Employee Asked Me Why Am I Out Here Ordering Food This Late As If I Had A Bed Time. I Ordered A Smokey Bacon Buford Burger And They Didn’t Add No Bacon To My Sandwhich And The Nerve To Tell Me No Receipt

Female staff with missing teeth was very nasty and unprofessional refuse to make the food because she didn't feel like it and slammed window closed. At first she seemed friendly but I guess the order was too large for her to prepare.

Gave me the wrong food and wrong receipt yet no one is competent enough to give me a refund. I went back bc they don’t answer the phone and the box is full (go figure) for some ol young lanky @$$ squidward to ask all these questions and still not be able to help me outside of making it correctly. I had eaten by then, and was so disgusted with the service I didn’t want a damn car napkin from them. The manger is not there full days so it has been impossible to meet her slackin’ @$$ to get a refund. I gave up and came here. It’s the hood so don’t expect anything good. Don’t set yourself up for failure by having any expectations for this trap house establishment . Good luck and use cash in case one of em needs to use the machine to count your coins to give it back bc they use ai to get your order completely wrong and then don’t make sure it’s correct when questioned about it. Shut this dump down after you fire everyone including yourself, Ms. “Manager”. Shouts out to dumb ol Kimberly and that trifling male clown she was working with that day 3.28 at 3:42p. And then those broads including squidward about 3-4 days later. Y’all deserve to be right where you are…The drive thru window at checkers on 63rd and Ashland and honestly you don’t even deserve that. Do better.

I went through the drive thru placed a order to almost get into an argument with the staff because the price was different than what was posted outside.I very sad that in certain communities lack of customer service is greater than concern of the product

I ordered the Mix and Match with a spicy chicken sandwich and two chili dogs. I received two plain hotdogs that looked old and no chicken sandwich or fries. Not to mention their soda machine is ALWAYS producing flat drinks. Like, there isn’t enough syrup. This has happened too many times to count.
