Was my first time at Cheesies and was not disappointed!! The food was delicious, the drinks were good and strong, and service was excellent. Akee was so attentive and provided excellent service, and went above and beyond. Sergio also provided great service. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

Their Mac ‘n Cheese grilled cheese sandwich was absolutely amazing!!! The tomato soup dipping cup was also a really nice addition. I will absolutely be back to order this again!

I love Cheesie’s so much! We frequent the one in Lake View but tried this one now that Berlin closed over there. Sergio was so personable and is a great manager. Honestly shocked to read some of these reviews because he was highly professional! Can’t wait to see the rooftop this summer. Killer mojitos as well made by this man! Hoping to do an event here soon after such a fun experience!

Walked in Friday night at midnight for a drink and some food. Sat at the bar and made eye contact with the taller bartender but he turns and walks away. Disappears. I waited 10minutes before another bartender sees me and says "are you here to pick up food?" No, can I have a beer and the... he cut me off saying give me a min and ill be right with you. I waited almost another 10 minutes as they socialized with friends. I got up and walked out. Seems like they don't serve anyone unless they're regulars. Terrible service

I would give 12/10 stars if I could!! Sergio the general manager is an absolute treasure. he was beyond personable and amazing. he showed my family and I all around the newly developed Cheesie's. they have a new rooftop bar that I can’t wait to try in the summer!! love the new Cheesie's remodel and the new management!
