It was fantastic. I got the Chavela burger and regular fries and loved it. Highly underrated and unknown. I will be making this a regular stop on my way home from work. Owner is friendly, eager to make your food and experience perfect, and nails the cook. Highly recommend.

From Chi Burger I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/fries.The fries are crinkle cut and we’re so dry and flavorless they were like eating cardboard. Frozen brand name fries would have been much better. The sandwich was dry and tasted like it had been cooked and then breaded and cooked again. I love salt but it was so salty I could not eat it. It was also expensive. I threw everything out. Hugely disappointing a d I never go out of my way to post any poor reviews but this was terrible.

I really was looking forward to their food. However, after placing my order via GrubHub my food never arrived. I then called 5 times and no one picked up the phone and there was no voicemail message. Then GrubHub called Chi Burger and also received no response. So GrubHub canceled my order.If Chi Burger has changed their hours of operation, then they need to make sure that the change is reflected on GrubHub and in a voicemail message. Otherwise, they will continue to lose sales, as in the case with my order.

This is what I ordered:- The Chi BurgerAmerican, chi sauce, dill pickle, shredded Romaine, and slice tomato. Add raw onion. $9.00- Fries. $3.00This is what I received:- Burger with dill pickle, 1 leaf romaine, slice tomato.- Fries mixed with cooked and frozenWhen all you make is burgers, you should be precise. I had no sauce, no shredded lettuce, no onion. Uncooked frozen fries were mixed in with my cooked fries.
