First time been there, got reccomended from my friends. Great place to stop for asian food. Server are helpfull, great price, food are amazing and great atmosphere. Really worthed to come back next time.

BEWARE! The prices are cheap, but there is a MANDATORY tip amount. If you don't tip what the restaurant wants, they will charge it to your card.
Food was average. Some hits, some misses, but the worst part was the service. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we hardly received any service for the entire night. It took about 30 minutes for a server to come over to take our order, and we never got our water refilled or dishes cleared. I tipped about 9%, which I thought was reflective of the service and food was. Several servers came over and stated that they could not accept any tip lower than 15%. I've eaten at many restaurants in Chicago, but the service here was by far the worst.

One of our absolute must-goes in the entire city. Perfect for great eats on late nights out with friends or family. Been coming here for a decade, and even since moving to another state, we still make sure to stop by here when we're back in town. The chicken curry over rice 🍛 is to die for. Drinks are okay.

I came in at 1:15am (they close at 2AM) to order some take out. There’s tons of people inside eating and some people even waiting to be seated. There’s tons host comes up to me and says “we’re closed” and that’s all. No “hey sorry, we’re closing early tonight.” Awful hospitality.

We've been eating here since 2009. We mainly order takeout, and this is one restaurant that the order is always ready when promised even though they are extremely busy. The food is always solid and is worth the price.

We live about an hour drive from China Town, but it is all worthy dining on CHI CAFE. Great and delicious food. Besides great food quality, the price is highly competitive and reasonable 😘. My boyfriend love the brisket curry over rice, and I love their pepper/salt shrimps and the pork chop over rice. Highly recommending for dine in😍

In the summer we came and had a great time. I had the hot honey garlic short ribs and they were delicious. So much so, that months later and now pregnant I had a huge craving for those ribs. So hubby and I went on a Friday evening to satisfy my cravings.
Half of the ribs were raw. We were served room temperature water and no one came to check on our food. So we decided to not leave a tip. TWO separate waiters stalked us for the tip and then one followed us out the door yelling "next time order take out, the hell?!"
The hell indeed, I have never been harassed like that in a restaurant. I know that the stereotype is that black people don't tip but I'm not rewarding terrible service. This was some other level racism. If the servers are hard up for $12 dollars they should take that up with management.
We'll never be back and I hope this review keeps others from patronizing them. There's so many restaurants in this area that are respectful and friendly to their customers and don't feed pregnant people raw food.

Amazing late night Chinese spot 10/10 I will be back!
Took almost 2 hours to get my food delivery and all my food was very cold. The delivery driver couldn’t even locate my apartment (super young kid). I called for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. Terrible customer service I don’t know what happened to them nowadays. Something must of changed. Delivery used to be way faster and I ordered from them plenty of times in the past
