Super nice employees. The bagel itself was so-so but the fillings were yummy!

For a first-time legit bagel sandwich, this place was kick-ass, and the people working here were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Not a fan of steamed bagels - why does a cold bagel sandwich need to be wrapped in aluminum foil? There’s no heat to steam it.
I got the eternal sunshine which was disappointing, I just didn’t like how it came together.

This is my go-to for steamwiches. I can't get enough. They load those bagels up with yummy stuff! Also, the cookies are 🔥🔥🔥 I just wish they stayed open later into the evening.

Love this place, staff are friendly and Halle was super informative, that reflects with the vibe. Ended up bumping into a guy who taught me how to make paper cranes while I got to eat a delicious bagel!

Ordered dozens (bagels) twice and got shorted each time. Called them right away the first time and got refunded. Called them the second time and they promised a refund, but never delivered on that.

I got there first thing on Sunday morning. The store was empty and it took 15 minutes for two sandwiches, half a dozen bagels, and two cream cheese containers totaling almost $60. The bagels are all stale.

I got two bagels with cream cheese and asked for them toasted. The guy said " we don't toast, we do steamed". I said "sure, what the hell". I didn't know if this was a Chicago thing, so I was happy to try it. I used to work in a bagel shop and enjoy high quality bagels.
Verdict? Steamed bagels suck. They're soggy and unpleasant to eat. I understand they have a gritty Chicago pastiche going, but let's get real. A toaster costs $15. It would vastly improve the experience for anyone who wants their bagel toasted.
I had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel with side of cream cheese, which I think is a bit long. The bagel was okay but smaller than I'd hope for.

Bacon egg abs cheese was good but nothing extravagant.
Ordered pick up off 2 sandwiches. As I watched orders numbered 20 later than mine get picked up and after asking multiple times, I come to find out my order was bumped with no apology or attempt to make it right. Also had to speak to the manager to get refunded.
