Snakes & Lattes Chicago

We had a terrific Galentine's Day at Snakes and Lattes eating and playing games. The Game Vault is always exciting to explore and the steward introduced us to sections. We talked about the games our group had enjoyed, so he recommended Decorum. We had a great time playing it while we ate and drank. We played Action Cats which was hilarious. When we had half an hour left in our reservation, he showed us Misery Index, a fun and weird experience. Can't recommend Snakes and Lattes strongly enough for any group that loves games.

The game masters are very knowledgeable & helpful, never overbearing. The boozy beverages were delicious! There are so many great games to choose from, well organized for all ages & play levels/preferences. I did not eat here but I was required to score it on this review to move on so I just went in the middle -so no actual opinion here. The staff was great in allowing us to extend our reservation time limit. We will return again & again!

Lots of game options and drink options. Food was very good. Ordering and pay from QR code on table was a little laggy but it eventually went through.

Go for the private rooms if you have the opportunity. They are so well set up, wonderfully appointed, and delightful, especially for a special occasion. If you're driving, know that parking near the venue is a little tight in the evening. So, leave extra time and expect to walk a block or two.

Great time and ambiance! The service was quick at first, appetizers weren't very hot, but the perogis were good. Pricey drinks for as little as they are. Great selection of games! Parking was absolutely terrible. Only street parking and in the winter it was not fun to navigate.

Great ambiance and setting with lots of games to choose from though keep in mind it's $7pp for game rentals. Food is similar to what you'd heat up for a game night back in the day at a friend's house. Tastes like prepared freezer foods which are okay but worth skipping. Drinks were great!

Excellent place for playing games outside of a home. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We booked the Forest room for a Magic the Gathering event and loved it!! Plenty of space, super quiet, and the food service was fast. Would definitely do this again, the value was amazing.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and each one had no cheese. When I told the employee, they laughed about it and asked if I wanted to keep them. They brought another plate but we were still charged for them. Service has definitely gone down over the last year.

overall a very good experience. A lot of fun playing the games in a good value. Also the margarita pizza was really good and sweet potato fries were awesome.

Loved the concept that this restaurant has! The game selection was awesome. Food was decent, but I came for the games not the food. Was frustrating to each have to pay a $7 game fee after also ordering lots of food and drinks.

This was a really fun way to connect with someone, get out and do something a little different. The atmosphere was great and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go back.z

Amazing!!! Such a fun and unique place. And the food and service were also great! I can't recommend this one enough.

We were very excited to try this place. Upon arriving, we ordered our drinks at 5:05 PM. It wasn't until inquiring about the status of our drinks at nearly 6 PM that we learned that they were out of one of the beverages. Which was no problem at all, however, no one communicated to us the status of our beverages. Upon speaking to the manager, J, he seemed indifferent about all of it. They were not overly busy and there was really no explanation. We didn't receive a refund on that beverage until we inquired. No sincere apology. Disappointing to say the least. Overall concept is great but it is very poorly executed.

Amazing interior, very friendly staff, excellent selection, and had the first date with the love of my life here.
