Came in to order a jiberto with rice. After sitting there with credit card in hand ready to pay for 15 minutes I'm told it's cash only. I paid via zelle to avoid accruing ATM fees. I was a bit surprised by the price, it being Belmont Craignin...$14 for jiberito & mexican rice to go from a whole on the wall, but whatever its fine. I walk home eager to eat and then notice the sandwich seems thin. Upon opening I realize there's no steak! No meat at all. I've never had a jiberito with no steak and if I'm paying $14 I expect there to be meat. I tried to call thinking maybe they somehow forgot to add the meat but their phone number is disconnected. Wth? I feel conned. Will not be returning. Waste of money.

So what I can't say about this horrible bat the owner is so rude and disrespectful ? he's has no emotional or feeling towards his regular all I can say is he lost us for sure as good paying people its horrible service for sure and also now there is women that go there to sell there selfs like what kinda of establishment allows that kinda of thing like serious very un professional this place shouldn't even exist anymore I will never spend my money or go there again ever in my life don't spend ur time or money in this place

My boyfriend and I came here to chill and just eat. First, I went to the bathroom. The hand soap had MOLD. The spaghetti they had was nice and decent. The girl who served us was very kind and none of this was her fault. It wasn’t even packed in there and they were all just running everywhere, forgetting orders. They didn’t even make my boyfriend’s order right.
