Ordered a full slab on this Tuesday morning, and somehow even with them being closed on Mondays, the slab was old and clearly wasn't cooked today. I'm certain that it was left over from Sunday night and was reheated. For $33, that's a disgrace. I hadn't been here in a few years, won't be back either.

This will be my last time going here, I ordered a small turkey tip sauce on the side total $24 and some change. I had to make sure she heard I said small turkey tip. Ok I respect their new price hike. For me to receive warm and dry tips not to mention the cuts horrible as well. Went on Father's day was a bit crowded but if you order online they will tell ya when to come in to minimize waiting....the food was cooked fresh and was super good

Beware! This restaurant has roaches. Ordered food this afternoon and saw a large roach crawling. I asked for my money back and the cashier said “I can’t do that” and refused to give me a refund. This is poor customer service. There was no way I was going to eat the food after seeing roaches in an establishment. How nasty and unsanitary. Yuck. The food went right in the trash. I will be notifying the health department next.

I wish I could have given this review no stars, but I had to give it something. My wife ordered some food for us. Saturday, my wife spent $50 on two large tip dinners. After waiting 40 minutes for the food, when she came home, it looked like two kids' meals. If you work hard and want to give your hard-working money away, then this is the place for you.

The hot links were a joke. 2 1 inch hot links which were dry why for $20 so $10 for one 2 in hotline like what's going on here. I had to wait 40 minutes for a kids meal. Please go to I-57!!!!!!!

Order taker acted like I was an annoyance instead of a customer. Asked for a separate bag for the two orders I placed. She said "no" and with an attitude. I will never, ever go there again. Simply horrible! Hate that I gave them my card, or I would cancel my order.

Went here to get a mini tip and hot link lunch special and paid 15 dollars to only get home and have fries and 1 link. So I called to complain and the phone just ring no one never answered i was so mad never again would i go to this place.

I just order a $52 bucket of turkey tips, with fries and hot links for everyone and the food was COLD!!!! the tips was COLD TO THE POINT THAT THEY PULLED THE FOOD OUT THE COOLER BECAUSE IT WAS THE LEFTOVERS FROM YESTERDAY. I worked in the food industry for many years so i know how things go. How do a person call in and still wait extra 30 minutes for there food? That don't make sense. Then she goes to tell me she had other orders before me and my food had been sitting on the table. If it been sitting it should be at least warm or something. Not COLD!!!.
I called back up there to express what happed for my food. The lady told me that she wanted me to bring the food back so the COOK IN THE BACK can warm it back up for me then sever it back to me. THAT'S!!! cross contamination you can't do that, they must don't know the food regulations, food temperatures, and how they can get people sick.
THIS is a terrible experience 😕. It's hard to support people like this when they don't have a way to correct the situation.
