Never ordering from them again. I spend thousands of dollars ordering from them for family functions. I placed an online order for Christmas for my sister to pickup because I’m at work. They wouldn’t let her pick it up. Way to loose out on business for a legitimate customer who comes in often and sends friends and family there. Never again

Food was actually good but they gave me pork when I asked for turkey and when I ask for a refund they said they could charge me the difference , when I got to the store they took my incorrect food and gave it and told me it was right and she gave it back to me in the same bag then she did not give me fresh food . So basically they mess my order up made me pay for and still gave me bogus food. I paid 85 dollars for pork that I did not ask for

Ribs are delicious BUT they are cut toooooo thin & the wait time to order is unreasonable. The cashier spends tooooo much time on one customer😭

I placed an online order here and I waited 45 minutes before I went to pick it up. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my food. The line was 5 people long with no attendant at the window. Then my ribs were very dry for $20. I wish I could get a refund and leave 0 stars. Also my sister is an ex employee here and just informed me that there are rats in the kitchen that eat on the bread. The employee just grab new loafs and continue to let the rats eat on them. This is disgusting.

I am very disappointed with this place. This is the first time visiting this location, and will be the last. The tip and wings combo wasn't worth the over$18 that I paid. The wings were big and meaty, but the tips were burnt ,dry and I could almost see through them. 😭😭😭 The next time I want tips again I will pull out my grill. Chicago BBQ joints are a lost art. I57 is a little better, because you can't see through the meat.

I literally just left this establishment after standing in line for 10 minutes with no attendant at the window - while a line of 5 formed plus an additional 3 people who walked in with tickets to retrieve orders with more coming in as I was walking out.

I even tried calling the establishment as maybe whoever is/was on duty was working by themselves since it was close to their closing time... however - no one answered.

It's so sad the customer service, or lack thereof, that Black owned establishments in Black communities give their own and then complain when people don't/stop supporting

So for me - this will be added to the list of places I can no longer patronize.

Ordered a full slab on this Tuesday morning, and somehow even with them being closed on Mondays, the slab was old and clearly wasn't cooked today. I'm certain that it was left over from Sunday night and was reheated. For $33, that's a disgrace. I hadn't been here in a few years, won't be back either.

This will be my last time going here, I ordered a small turkey tip sauce on the side total $24 and some change.
I had to make sure she heard I said small turkey tip.
Ok I respect their new price hike.
For me to receive warm and dry tips not to mention the cuts horrible as well. I had to pick over the tips to find the most tender piece…
