Two different times I went here and ordered rib tips with lite mild sauce . The lady taking the order told me she had nothing to do with how much sauce was put on the ribs . I have never been to an rib place tell that before ,if I'm spending my hard earned money I should be able to get my food my way .

04/09/24 I ordered 2 Barbecue turkey tip dinners and a turkey link dinner around 9:15 pm my # was 41 i spent $49 I got home it was 2 pork rib tip dinners messed my stomach up. Called they were closed. FYI make sure you check your order before you leave.

This place is horrible. They have very bad customer service, the lil bald head lady behind the counter walked away from me as I was paying, left me standing there while she fulfilling orders. It’s already small as ever in there and they have a big bucket in the middle of the floor collecting water from a leaking roof. Just terrible and disgusting

Ceiling leaking water, a bucket sitting in the middle of the floor. Young lady at the register is rude. Cursing at her coworker, walking off instead of taking care of me the customer. She also told me that my food will be ready in 30 minutes, so far I’ve been standing here 48 minutes just for two order of small rib tips. I will never step foot in this place again.

To start I had a craving for some BBQ today, since this morning which I should have gone then but I waited until that craving really kicked in for that BBQ, so I went to Pit Stop BBQ on 97th and Halsted. when placing my order all was great in the beginning, I ordered a rib tip and link dinner, as I continued to order I ask the clerk taking my order does it come with coleslaw she told me it did. Now for me when I order from any BBQ place or Harold Chicken Shake I expect that coleslaw, but when I got my order, I looked before I left and there was no coleslaw I was a little upset so I asked where was the coleslaw she told me they were out, so I ask can they replace it with potato salad she said they don't do that, I said you should let customers know that upon placing order then, I felt that was not perfectional her not mentioning there was no coleslaw. I know this is miner, but people expect the orders to be complete and it's not. overall, the food was good. had to by my coleslaw for Jewel sad.

NO STARS IF I COULD! I ORDERED 7 WINGS AND THEY WERE THE SMALLEST DEFORMED WINGS I EVERY ORDERED IN MY LIFE. I CALLED THEM BACK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN AND SHE WAS THE SMARTEST MOUTH OLD WOMAN I EVER SPOKEN TO. I SWEAR YOU WILL NEVER GET MY $15.00 AGAIN. THEY'RE CROOKS! AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED. SHE NEVER OFFERED TO ACCOMMODATE ME WITH HER EVIL SELF. WITH THAT SPIRIT YOU SHOULDN'T BE OVER PEOPLE FOOD! THE FRIES WERE SO VERY HARD AND COLD! YOU POUR ALL THIS SAUCE TO COVER UP YOUR WRONG DOING!

The food is an absolute HIT every time! Fresh, crispy, tasty. The service, is horrible…the staff are angry…snappy, and really don’t offer any sort of customer service. If they get that part together, this will be the best BBQ house in Illinois!! But if you don’t care about service and just want good food…this your place!!

This is my first time ordering from this place. My food was so terrible I will never order from here again The people had a nasty attitude, no customer service respect. Food was dry. I order a large wing tip linkDinner. The high link was dry they gave me Real small seven pieces of tips my link was dry and the Wings Was real hard. I called them back to tell them about the food. They wouldn't even answer the phone.I gave the food to my dog. ? I would never, ever go back there again That $25.0 I spent was the worst $25.0 I've ever spent.
