The food is so good and the atmosphere is amazing, the person was very accommodating even though it was a last minute older, and the food was perfect! Unfortunately the restaurant in Roseland is almost NEVER open, which is unfortunately because it's hard to find GOOD, seasoned chicken in the Roseland area that isn't dry or burnt and flavorless

Imagine it's Mother's Day. You order your food through Door Dash. Go to pick up your foodand the place has a sign outside saying it's closed. I'm glad I got my 62.30 back. The inconvenience though. I had to go across town for chicken.

Missing the cheese but still dope af.

I ask for my wings to be cook hard it wasn’t my fish taste old, the wings it’s to big smh

Black owned and very tasty. I was told upon arrival the chicken would be at least 20 minutes but I waited. The okra was delicious, I didn't need hot sauce. The chicken was crispy and good.

I am probably not a very reliable reviewer of wings, but I’ve had quite a few over the years and from a variety of places. Chicago’s Chicken Shack has some of the best. Perfectly seasoned, juicy and crispy. Delicious mild sauce. After being disappointed by Harold’s over the years, this place is my go-to. Service is very friendly!

Thought i had a new place. My first time they didn’t put hot sauce in it even tho i asked a couple times. Called the next time and was told hold on which lasted over 5. Called back and voicemail 3 times. F it

Came here before in the winter months and my food was perfect. I live in Houston now so I’m always excited to come home to chicken and mild sauce. My first experience the food was great, however today I placed my order online and it was supposed to be ready by 1:15 I didn’t get out of there until close to 1:30. The lady gave me my food and the window kept spinning with my food until I stopped it because she wasn’t paying attention. Then I get home my wings are fresh but my fries are dark and old. Omgggggg cmon yall do better. If you waited over 20 minutes for chicken would you want cold fries with your meal? I’m sure you wouldn’t. I’ll go back again but I’ll check my food next time

The chicken is some of the best I ever had!! The chicken is freshly cooked, crispy and juicy! I'm not ordering Harold's Again and I loved Harold's chicken (and it was closer to my house).

I have just found a new place for chicken and fish. The food was expertly seasoned, super crispy and delivered hot. The portions are more than generous and they take care in packaging. I’m so glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood.
