Presentation looked nice. But he gave me old food an just redipped it in the fryer. You can taste the difference between fresh an whats been sitting there maybe 30 min. Fries were tasteless. Only thing good was the sauce chicken was dry. It was legit the only other restaurant other than Church's Chicken with walking distance from Walmart which is crazy too.

Bought a Italian beef and a gyroIt was the nastiest Italian beef I ever tried it was cold meat was tough and tasted off and the peppers was slimyish like they was expiredThe gyro barely had any meat ? it was mostly lettuceNot to mention they ignored my request of extra peppers and a dipped Italian beefIt went straight in the garbageDO NOT BUY FOOD HERE

Chicago Submarine is disgraceful, I’m in a Bento restaurant program to get meals for my family. My son placed an order via text to order food from the program and they STOLE all ten meals that my son ordered via text a few days ago on Wednesday, June 29, 2022! My son went to pick the order up and the men started talking in another language and saying it’s not confirmed. It was confirmed on my phone and my son had the confirmation. My son texted me to call the Bento food program but they weren’t answering. So he came back home and put a pizza in the oven. I filed everything that I could think of on this business. The food program paid the business for food to participate in this program. Why keep food that you’re already paid for? That’s stealing! They were revoked from the food program and removed from the list of participating restaurants. They need to learn how to treat the Austin community. No one deserves to be treated how we were treated a few days ago! During a food insecure time in a pandemic, this business had the audacity to steal all of my family’s food! I feel discriminated against, they basically implied that we didn’t deserve all of that food or couldn’t afford it. Which was none of their business. We only have to tell participating restaurants one key word to pick up our food. This is the ONLY restaurant that’s given us an extremely hard time but it won’t happen to NOBODY ELSE! I made sure of that!
