Then, she served our pastries with the same germ infested hands, ‘after’ I kindly asked her to please wash her hands. Nope! I threw the pastries in the garbage. We will never return! Gross!

Rude employees, understaffed and overpriced. I was just there, the rude Polish woman behind the counter was very slow and rude. I was in a hurry, so I left the money on the counter including tax and she yelled at me. She then proceeded to process my $5.50 purchase which took an extra 5 minutes.

Absolutely love this bakery! I've been coming here for over 10 years. Wonderful staff, cakes are always so fresh and delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. My favorite is the German chocolate cake and atomic cake. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. I really don't enjoy their cakes but they do have good chocolate strawberries. I called to order a cake and I had to get the most rudest individual working there . I hope she cheers up because they definitely lost this customer. FYI I order 6 cakes starting in February all the way to august for birthdays. Not any more I found a great bakery that was pleasant on the phone and took my order with no problem . It was $10 more but I'll pay for the great customer service.

It's a bakery; not necessarily an abundance of atmosphere but if you want a good chocolate donut or bismark (or a banana creme pie for Christmas, which I called about today) this is the place! Beware! I have to work hard to avoid Sweet Connections! Enter at your own risk!
