I have never heard of this place but was pleasantly surprised, especially with the gluten free options. I had the salmon omlette, would not recommend, but will gladly try other things on a return trip since one is opening in my area soon.
There were a lot of interesting options but the food was slightly disappointing. The salmon benedict was good but under-seasoned, the waffles were dry, and the coffee wasn't great.
Been coming to Waffle for the last 3 year without an issue but the customer service today was the worst.
My online pickup order was given to the wrong person. Instead of helping me out the host insisted it was not their fault and I needed to file a complaint/refund with DoorDash. After speaking with DoorDash Customer Service, DoorDash attempted to call the restaurant to resolve the issue but the host hung up on them and then refused to pick up the call.
