I had a terrible experience with Chicago Wings. I placed an order for two 4-piece wings on January 7th, but the store was closed for days. When I called today, January 13th, to ask about my order, the man on the phone was incredibly rude. He didn’t offer any help, didn’t suggest I could pick up my food or get a refund—he just hung up on me. It’s beyond frustrating, especially when businesses come into our community and treat people of color with such disrespect. I won’t stand for this kind of service and will definitely not be ordering from them again. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I received 4 orders my gyro sandwich was pretty much every where just like they put it together crazy. Gyro burger they only gave a cheese burger want be receiving my hard working earned money ever again and they need more staff and they will tell you 15 minutes for food and when you get there it’s another 20 minutes waiting and my fries was cold as well. They need new staff and better workers that care about serving people period.
Parking: Parking is okay park in the parking lot aside the alley next to Chicago Wings

Ordered online- however upon arrival informed by the short rude ass man that there were no online orders except Uber eats and DoorDash HOWEVER was allowed to order thru their online platform directly! Theirs nothing anywhere that states that online orders aren’t permissible! When trying to tell him and show him he walked away and said “I don’t want to see it”
I informed him that somewhere somebody took my payment- so he decided to provide it- but with great attitude- and still had to WAIT 20-25 minutes after that being the entire point of me ordering in advance!

I called to place an order for 6 chicken wings and for nachos which they didn't have. I hesitated afterwards and he asked if I still wanted the chicken wings and before I could say something he hung up on me. How rude! They can be that way because I am only one person. I don't give my money to rude owner of establishments.
Terrible customer service. I missed an order and the sodas were not what I ordered. Too bad we really enjoyed these wings.

Extremely subpar and disorganized services; I purchased gyro cheese burger & chicken wings, which tasted awful and smelled worse, and I ended up getting sick and being hospitalized.Given how filthy the food preparation grill was and how old and dusty the fryer grease was, I have no doubt that they use inferior food ingredients. Inside, people are preparing food while smoking. Many people have reported finding flies and caterpillars in their food on a regular basis.By paying attention and purchasing meals there, you can get an experience & taste of all those things.I will never advise somebody to go and squander their money and time. I regret the frank criticism I received based on my and many others' numerous unpleasant experiences there.

I ordered from this place May 16, 2024 around 5am. A gyro burger and fries to be exact. HAD SOOOOO much HAIR in my burger it’s honestly not even funny. Almost broke my fingers trying to give this place one star!! No pics because I sent them all to customer support via Uber Eats.
