I have not been here since the remodel, they did a fantastic job! Definitely a good investment for the company at such a busy location! Everything was clean and fresh.

This was honestly just sad. My sandwich came out cold like it had been sitting in the back for a while, the service was painfully slow, and the chicken biscuit? No flavor whatsoever. I've had more seasoning on a saltine cracker. And for something that cost that much, I left still hungry. Chick-fil-A, do better than this.

Wish people would just talk a little kinder instead of giving attitude when I was just waiting for an order. This man with dark curly hair and glasses gives bad energy just because I couldn’t hear that well and I also have a really bad hearing problem…. Please be more considerate and be kinder to people. You completely ignore others who are talking to you also and you don’t even wear a name tag it’s just a red sweater.

I was walking back to hotel from shopping and decided to get nuggets and fries, and asked for extra honey roasted BBQ sauce, well I only saw 2 in my bag so I asked for ketchup and the guy grabs a ketchup and drops it in my bag , it lands on my open container of fries and something was dripping from his hands, 🤮 I ask WHAT WAS THAT??? and he says what, I said what was dripping from your hand, and he says just water, the ketchup is stored under the ice machine and it drips. I said so you expect me to eat water fries? Are you serious? His coworker grabs my bag in a unfriendly manner, takes the fries out of my bag,puts back under the heat lamp and grabs a different container and puts in my bag, I said would you eat those??? Absolutely disgusting!!!
I get why people like it! I only got the grilled chicken because I'm not big on fried food but having that option in a fast food restaurant it's great and their waffle fries were delicious as well. Extra points for the wifi, given I was lost in a new city
