I stopped by Chick-fil-A and had a pretty good experience overall. The store seemed busy, which isn’t a bad thing—it just means the food is in high demand. Despite the rush, the service was impressively fast and accurate. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, and it was made perfectly—fresh, hot, and flavorful. The only minor issue was that they called me by the wrong name, but that didn’t take away from the quality of the meal or the efficiency of the service. Overall, a solid visit, and I’d definitely return!

Tasty as anyone knows it is. It is a very busy place, but it is kind of quick to get seat to enjoy the tasty meals this restaurant offers. I love the herb ranch dip as well as the chick fil a one.

Food was good, staff was good. Just a homeless guy had come in, and acted a fool screaming and hollering and the “security” guard at the door did absolutely nothing. Not sure why the security guard is standing there with he has no intention of doing anything!
The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. I loved the strawberry milkshake. It's worth visiting and trying out.

Review: I recently visited Chick fil A on 11/23/24 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The issues included: 1. Unprofessional staff closed off a section of the restaurant way in advance for the Magnificent mile lights festival. The managers had said it was for the Chicago Police department then ten minutes before the parade started the chick fil a staff came in and sat down to watch in the couches. 2. Once they sat down they still closed off the section not letting people in or even stand around to watch the parade. They even told customers they were having a meeting.
I was hoping for a much better experience given the restaurants reputation.
I hope the management will address this issue to ensure better experiences for future customers.
