Excellent coffee and customer service. It's a fast-food place, but the atmosphere is elevated because the people who work here are all really polite, professional, and friendly. They also look just really put-together and stylish (just an aesthetic thing I noticed). It's also really clean with real flowers on each table, and just very pleasant. I was here in the morning and would definitely come back at this time of day. A bright spot in the Ford City area and in this area of the Southwest Side.

I cam into the store around 4:20pm and stood there waiting for someone to greet me or take my order I waited almost most 10mins before that happened!!! Some service that is!!!!

After my Uber eats order came basically empty to my house. I called this location to get reimbursed and the manager. Tanisha took care of me like no other. Not only did she send me my order that was most expensive no charge she gave me a gift card and two cookies and made sure that when I placed my order again Everything was in the bag shout out to Tanisha. She deserves a raise. Excellent customer service I went from being super upset to being more than satisfied.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kam was an absolute gem! I love 20 mins away but will drive to this location everytime because of her impeccable service and great work ethic. I truly feel like a valued customer and will always remember Kam for her kindness 🫶🏻

I went to this chic fil a at 2:00 in the afternoon. I will never do that again, seems like this location is better at night vs. the day. I told the young lady my order and she read it back to me and it was right. My order when I received it was wrong. I asked another young lady if they could fix it and she had an attitude and I left. Please train your staff properly. I go there all the time, this doesn’t happen.

The atmosphere was great. The place was clean and the flowers on the table was nice. The chicken was fried too hard. The service was slow. They had no sense of urgency. There were some teenagers in their that was very loud and annoying.
Picked up my daughter from school and she wanted Chick-fil-A we always have a good experience there
