They are losing a lot of business because people don't want to sit in a puddle. Their only seating is outdoors. The chairs are poorly designed so they catch rainwater. They don't bother to brush them off after it rains. Small portion sizes. Not cheap. Hard working staff.

At breakfast, you can only choose biscuits for sandwiches. During my previous trip to Atlanta, I went to Chick-fil-A and became a fan! ! I want Chick-fil-A to open in Japan too!

Chic Fil A is the BEST Fast Food option in the vicinity. I have lived here in the neighborhood for 20+ years and was skeptical because of all the online rhetoric about it being a Right Wing establishment but I went in to see for myself and try their food after they opened a few years ago and have not looked back nor disappointed. I recently had a poor experience at the unGolden Arches up the street and will never return to that location ever again as they are rude and pale in comparison to people who actually care about their clientele like Chic Fil A. Just wanted to finally take the time to say thank you for bringing what you offer to the neighborhood as it was what was needed. Keep up the great work and I hope you stay in the neighborhood for quite some time to come!!
Truly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever ordered from. It’s become a running joke with friends that whenever I order from here there will be an item missing. Without fail, *every* time I have ordered for more than one person from this location there is a missing item. It has become so frequent that I have had trouble getting a refund from Uber Eats, and when I call chick fil a for support they tell me I can come in for my “free item” (the one I paid for but didn’t receive). It’s truly a shame because chick-fil-a’s leg up vs competitors has always been service but that’s clearly eroded.

I’m only doing this cause this is the third time, I’ve ordered uber eats from this exact location 3 separate times, and they’ve messed up my order each and every time. I just received someone else’s entire order and i’m over it! please do better! I know what it’s like working in food, just pay slightly more attention! To spend money along with extra fees for delivery and not getting what you ordered is such an unpleasant experience.
